SHIPPING INFORMATION

After an order placement is received, it takes 3-5 business days to process (ombre may take longer) and verify credit card authorization before we ship out your order. When your order is shipped we will email you with a tracking number. We only ship to addresses that have been confirmed.

If your address is unconfirmed we will email you to verify your address to ensure accurate delivery. In the event that your package is left at the post office after several delivery attempts and comes back to us, we will notify you via email. If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please email us as soon as possible at info@qualityhairbylawlar.com so that we can correct your address. We are not responsible for carrier delays from the post office- but we will do our best to ensure you receive your item in good condition.
