- If you receive a defective or damaged item and you need to exchange it for the same / similar item or
- If the item you received is not as described, and we would do our best to rectify any issues.
Please make sure you contact us with any issues / concerns within 3 days of initial receipt of your package. There are no returns or exchanges for Calgary Pick Up / Drop off.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of unbundled hair, or hair that has been tampered with (worn, washed, uncoiled from the wave or curl pattern, unraveled). We can only accept an exchange if items are in its original condition and has not been tampered with. We reserve the right to make the decision to refund or exchange based on the condition of the returned hair. The returned item must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and all tags and packaging must be included with the tie around the hair bundle untouched. If you want to exchange an item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will use our industry expertise to determine if a refund will be granted. The refund will be paid in the same manner as the payment i.e refunded to master/ visa card or via PayPal within 72 hours of receipt of your package.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
